To streamline the delivery process, all shipments are scheduled via appointment. Our dedicated freight carriers will reach out to you, at the phone number you provide at the time of order placement, allowing you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window that suits your schedule.

What is the typical transit time for deliveries?

The transit time varies based on your location, with most domestic destinations reached within a swift 3 - 7 business days. Rest assured, you'll receive a tracking number at the time of shipping, providing real-time updates on the status of your order.

What if my product arrives in a damaged condition?

Please take note: DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED CRATES. In the rare occurrence of visible damage to the crate, it's crucial to refuse the shipment. This prompts the carrier to carefully inspect the item for damages, and if any damage is found, rest assured that the product is insured, and a prompt replacement will be dispatched to you. If you see any damage to the unit upon delivery please take photos of the areas affected and contact us so that we may be your advocate and deal with the freight company to determine the best cause of action.

In the event of concealed damages, you have a 48-hour window to report them. Regrettably, after this timeframe, we are unable to accept any damage claims. Your satisfaction and the safety of your product are our top priorities.
